Obligations of the Client:

• To provide complete, accurate, and timely information necessary for the provision of services.
• To pay for the services according to the issued invoice and agreed terms.
• To use the materials and recommendations received only for the purpose for which they were provided.

3. Limitation of Liability

Our consulting services represent professional recommendations based on the analysis of information available at the time of provision. Puntaroca does not assume liability for:

• Final investment or business decisions made by the client based on these recommendations.
• Losses or damages resulting from external, unforeseeable factors or market changes.
• Consequences of using the provided information for purposes other than those for which it was intended.

The total liability of Puntaroca is limited to the value of the service provided for the specific case.

4. Financial Terms and Modifications

Service fees are communicated in advance and confirmed by written offer. Any modification to these Terms and Conditions will be communicated at least 30 days before coming into effect, by publishing the updated version on our website.

5. Termination of Use

Either party may terminate the collaboration at any time, with written notice. The client remains obligated to pay for services rendered up to the termination date.
